We are General Builders who have been in business since 2005 with over 20 years in the construction industry. We were formed in California, relocated to Texas just before Hurricane Harvey in 2016, and have been active in Harris county since 2016. We handle all aspects of construction projects from Prime contractor to Design to Project supervision.

In 1998 Kevin Williams join Angela Construction, his duties consisted of Managing, Project supervision, Independent contractor recruiting and retention, Project valuation, and Project estimating.

While running the business Mr. Williams also continued his studying of Draft and Design to continue to add vital programs to the curriculum of products to offer to their clientele. We have over 15 years of drafting experience, and 7 years of plan drafting, with plan submission in Harris county and surrounding areas.
